Registration information

Registration is now open. Please carefully review the options available in the SurreyStore. Conference dinner can be added as an additional option after selecting the required registration type. A very small number of on-campus rooms are available and can be requested as part of the process.

Online payments via the Surrey Store are preferred. No cash payments will be accepted on site.

Registration rates – in-person (on-site) participation

The registration fee for on-site participation includes access to all live sessions, online access to the recordings, online access to the abstracts, welcome reception, coffee breaks and buffet (or COVID-safe equivalent) lunches.

Please add the Conference Dinner to your order at the time of registration, should you wish to participate.

To keep costs manageable for all participants, invited and plenary speakers participating in-person are kindly asked to register at the regular in-person rate.

Registration for the SID Special Session on Thursday 15th September

The technical programme on the second day of the conference is organised with the kind support of the UK and Ireland Chapter of the Society of Information Display (SID UK&I).

More information can be found in the flyer.
Participants to the SID Special Session are are welcome to join the full events on 15 September, including the tutorials, keynote talk, lab tours, lunch and coffee breaks, as well as the offsite conference dinner (for an additional fee).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests submitted before 5 August 2022 will incur no penalty and payments will be refunded in full.

Cancellation of on-site registration after 5 August 2022 will be converted to on-line registration, at the respective cost, and the difference will be refunded. Participants will thus be able to take advantage of on-line participation.

Visa assistance

The conference secretariat will be happy to assist in obtaining travel visas by providing an invitation letter confirming participation to ITC2022. More information coming soon.
